About the job Room Attendant
- Cleans vacation suites and ensures all suite furnishings and items in unit are in working order and safe for use.
- Assists the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Inspector with daily tasks.
- Ensures cleaning carts are properly stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Reviews daily Pre arrivals, Daily Check outs, Stayovers and Early Check Outs as needed.
- Inspects unoccupied suites and reports any incidents.
- Keeps track of inventory and housekeeping supplies.
- Provides inspector, housekeeping, houseman, janitorial or commercial laundry services and support when occupancy or human resource demands require it.
- Assists EH in inventorying all department supplies, equipment, and storage areas to ensure proper inventory levels, equipment is operating properly, and storage areas are properly organized.
- Meets with Executive Housekeeper or their representative daily, provides visual inspections of all interior and exterior common areas for safety and established sense of arrival expectations.
- Provides exceptional customer service to owners and guests with appropriate sense of urgency, follow up and communication.
- Reports any hazardous incidents, safety concerns, injuries, or potentially dangerous situations to Resort Manager.
- Provides on-site activities, area attractions, events, and other vacation information to owners/guests.
- Solicits client referrals, timeshare tour opportunities, online satisfaction reviews and customer feedback for improvement.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
