Responsibilities
· Basic IT remote monitoring
· Daily Backup Checks & Failure Management
· AV Failures/Management
· Patch Management
· Management of offline agents
· NEW ticket triage (confirm contacts, contract, auth rep and priority)
· Business Continuity Verifications
· Report building & scheduling
· Support Mailbox review/delegation and clean up
· CPU, Disk & Memory usage tickets
· Password Reset tickets
Requirements
· At least 1 year related working experience
· Clean speaking accent
