Senior Sales Engineer (Device Connectors)

 Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving the overall Sales target with positive contribution margin in the assigned set of customers.
  • Maintaining a collaborative and aligned relationship as an integral part of the BA DC SEA Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Develop new customers and manage existing accounts by means of long / mid-term Sales Account Development Strategies.
  • Regular customer-sales meetings to grow sales, opportunities and foster a positive customer relationship.
  • Maintaining a collaborative relationship with supporting departments with SEA Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communication, Quality & Assurance.
  • Updated with recent industrial and market business knowledge on area of responsibility.
  • By representing the company in attending industrial events and fairs, roadshows and formal business functions.
  • Knowledge transfer within the BA DC SEA Sales & Marketing Team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Only Singapore based candidates will be considered.
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3-year experience in Electronics industry relating to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) & Contract.
  • Manufacturers and Official Channels or Network Distribution.
  • Possess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Customer-driven and results-oriented.
  • Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
  • Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
  • Willing to travel overseas for training, trade shows and/or meetings etc.
