Job Description

  • Support Regional Finance team to handle full sets of finance functions for SEA Entities in accordance to statutory and management requirements, company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for timely invoicing, month-end and year end closing, account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations
  • Manage external audits on all annual audit matters to ensure timely issuance of financial statutory audit reports
  • Manage outsource accounts to ensure that monthly closing is being completed on time with high accuracy
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports where required by management
  • Familiar with local tax requirements such as corporate income tax, withholding taxes and VAT.
  • Work with different teams to obtain necessary documentation for financial close processes
  • Provide general office and administrative support to the on-going operation of Thailand companies including but not limited to mail handling, filing, liaison with banks, customers and local authorities
  • Any other projects or duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience
  • Possess good knowledge of MS Office, IFRS, Companies Act and other regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, dependable and trustworthy
  • Excellent oral and written communications in English and great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and be able to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Independent worker and problem solver
  • Audit experience will be very advantageous
