Location: Samutsakorn
Working Day: Monday - Friday and 2 Saturday per month
Condition: Permanent

Major Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage team for assigned HR functions including manpower planning, rotation, promotion, retirement and resignation and ensure that all HR processes are complied with a companys policy.
• Implement HR strategies, policies, system and processes. Work closely with all department heads, increasingly in a consultancy and coordinator role, and assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Provide the guidance for disciplinary action and advice to line manager regarding human resource management functions and Labor Relations.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment team, Line Managers in case of recruitment and report on progress on regular basis.
• Effectively plan and manage budgets of HRBP team.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate the performance of staffs, and responsible for capability and potential development of staff in the team.
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experiences.
• Understand the role and responsibilities of HR functions in the technology industry.
• Good leadership and people management skills, with experience managing teams in a technology setting.
• Good command of English literacy and computer skills.
• Strong understanding of the HR practices and laws related to the technology industry.
