Connect Energy is looking for this role to work for a marine engineering company for 2 years contract. 

Responsibilities:

• To the one assisting in organizing technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor 
• Conducts bids evaluation
• Evaluate the best bids according with company's requirements
• Prepare purchase contracts, clearly indicate the specification requirements, terms and conditions
• Manage Purchase Contracts to ensure vendor fulfilling the entire contract obligation
• Monitor post purchase order activities such as vendor's design and engineering progress, manufacturing progress, delivery status
• Expedite vendor data and submission
• Resolve any discrepancy relating to material / equipment delivered
• Perform vendor appraisal
• Participate in auditing subcontractors' facilities when required

Requirements

• ONLY SINGAPOREANS NEED APPLY
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 years' experience in purchasing role especially in O&G / shipyard / Marine & offshore industry.
• Able to commit two (2) years contract.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask.
• Able to work Overtime when required.
• Willing to work on northern part of Singapore.
