Connect Energy partners with one of the leading development professionals in APAC region providing wide spectrum of architectural and engineering design services in the building and infrastructure industry. They are looking for a Senior Architect in Healthcare industry to join their team in Vietnam. 

Responsibilities

• Participate in development design concept through implementation into subsequent production and implementation stages
• Assist in creating presentation materials for all phases of projects, including graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, technical details to meet the desirable goals and meet client expectations.
• Communicate closely with the planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day to day basis
• Both internal and external communication and correspondence
• May involve some traveling domestically and overseas
• Collaborate with other design disciplines within Vietnam and oversea office studios when needed
• Strategic understanding of global design trends and issues
• Assist in project coordination of large scale multi faceted projects as required, collaborating with numerous teams in multiple locations
• To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree priorities, establish work program and report progress
• Work under own initiative and direction, as part of Arch team and whole multi skilled organization including: architects, infrastructural planning, local consultants, local government and developers
• Work with wider planning team to ensure policies and guidance are followed
• Able to adapt and flexible in the working environment

Requirements

• Degree / Master in Architecture
• Experience in international projects
• Experience in local approval processes and requirements
• Excellent proficiency in REVIT, AutoCad, Sketch Up, MS Office, Strong graphic presentation skills and Adobe Suite
• 3D modelling and visualization
• Strong creative skills to create engaging presentation materials through storytelling
• Up to date understanding of global arch design trends and issues
• Strong soft skills and organization skills, 
• Strong graphic presentation skills 
• Ability to perform in multi discipline team environment
• Good in English spoken and written 
• Min. 10 years relevant experience
• WILLING TO WORK IN VIETNAM ON LONG TERM BASIS
