Quality Transformation Engineer

- Act as the primary assurance authority within the Project Quality team.
- Coordinate all quality assurance activities at work sites.
- Deliver Quality Transformation Program (QTP) training to newcomers.
- Coordinate and follow up on QTP initiatives across all disciplines.
- Update and monitor QTPs KPIs.
- Manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) Audit Program:
- Establish audit program and schedule.
- Issue audit terms of reference.
- Perform audits and report findings.
- Ensure timely closeout of corrective actions.
- Oversee the Project Surveillance and Inspection Plan (SIP):
- Cover equipment, materials, subcontractors, sub-consultants, and suppliers.
- Align Project SIP with COMPANY SIP expectations.
- Ensure project work adheres to COMPANY specifications.
- Apply a risk-based approach to focus assurance activities on high-criticality areas.
- Develop, implement, and continually monitor project Inspection and Test Plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 10005 (Quality Planning), ISO 19011 (Auditing Management Systems), ISO 10006 (Quality Management in Projects), ISO 10474 (Inspection Documents)
- Formal qualification in QMS auditing and completed Lead QMS Auditor course.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI or similar tools.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards (DNV, ISO 9000 series, ASTM, NORSOK, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, AWS).
- Significant experience in fabrication and construction, including materials management, welding, NDT, and coatings.
