HR Coordinator

 Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY:

You will be responsible for recruiting, building and maintaining labor pools, interviewing, having a strong communication ability, processing new hires and terminations, crew management, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and providing administrative support to all employees. claims, and other HR duties as assigned; A firm understanding of regulatory laws that govern HR is a must. The right candidate must also be willing to take calls on weekdays and weekends as scheduled and work in a high-volume, fast-paced, result-driven environment. 


REQUIREMENT:

  • 3 years minimum experience as an HR coordinator (mandatory).
  • 3 years minimum experience in drilling and related industries.
  • The maximum age applied is 50 years old.
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Willing to work out of town
