Senior/ Recruitment Consultants (Technology/ IT)

Job Highlights

  • 3-5 years experience in a recruitment role.
  • Background in Digital Technology or Agency is a plus.

Key roles:

  • Business development and execution of end-to-end recruitment process to involve job requirements, sourcing, interviewing and presenting potential candidates to comply with clients needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
  • Perform searches and direct approaches for qualified candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment channels with professional networks and media tools or social platforms.
  • Manage and track talent pool on ATS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years experience as an IT Recruiter in Digital Technology or Agency is a plus.
  • Result-driven and good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
