Senior/ Recruitment Consultants (Technology/ IT)

- 3-5 years experience in a recruitment role.
- Background in Digital Technology or Agency is a plus.

Key roles:
- Business development and execution of end-to-end recruitment process to involve job requirements, sourcing, interviewing and presenting potential candidates to comply with clients needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Perform searches and direct approaches for qualified candidates.
- Utilize recruitment channels with professional networks and media tools or social platforms.
- Manage and track talent pool on ATS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years experience as an IT Recruiter in Digital Technology or Agency is a plus.
- Result-driven and good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
