Connect Energy is working with a marine manufacturer to look for a TEMPORARY MATERIAL EXPEDITOR ADMINSTRATOR to support the procurement team current administrative work

Responsibilities

• Create purchase order, work order and engineering document waiver for admin support
• Monitor and collaborate with vendors the purchase orders delivery on schedule
• Follow up on past due purchase order and collaborate with vendors on recovery
• Support and assist admin work assign

Requirements

• Experience working under procurement department
• Experience in oil and gas environment
• Willing to work in Tuas vicinity
• Willing to take on 6 months contract.
