Recruitment Lead / Manager (Contracts)
Job Description:
The Team Lead/ Manager will work as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team to provide recruitment solutions on a local and regional basis on behalf of Connect Energy Services.
Working with the recruitment manager to build an effective go-to-market plan the Team Lead/ Manager will develop their sector/specialism and contact network. Developing sales leads and strengthening client relationships providing expert end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet divisional sales targets and growth objectives.
The Team Lead/ Manager will proactively research their markets, and enhance their knowledge of their discipline, talent pools, and hiring nuances to become a true (Subject Matter Expert), advisory, and recruitment professional.
The Team Lead/ Manager is fully accountable for the 360-recruitment process to include; the development of their sales pipeline, forecasting, and reports, through to; business development, candidate sourcing/placement, and client relationship management.
A Team Lead/ Manager will be expected to show a higher level of competence in billing, business development, and strategic management. To proactively research and analyze market changes and developments within their sectors, and identify new emerging specialisms and business opportunities. To develop new sectors on behalf of the business, and build business capabilities.
Developing client relationships and undertaking account director or major account management opportunities. Building business growth strategies and taking an active management approach in sharing business best practices with peers through coaching and development.
A Team Lead/ Manager may be required to manage a smaller team unit within the recruitment division and/or through the expansion of the team unit. The Team Lead/ Manager may be required to hire, train and manage new recruits to help in the growth of the business unit.
