Collection Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collection process including negotiation with escalation customers on payment in accordance to company SOP
  • Handle escalation from staffs on collection matters
  • Monthly account review with the staffs
  • Review and propose accounts for legal/3rd party collection agency
  • Driving the team to meet KPI being set by management
  • Monthly reporting on collection performance with senior management
  • Propose accounts for provision/write off when required
  • Propose, review and implement collection process improvement
  • Any other collection related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree preferred
  • At least 6 years collection experience, of which 3 years in managerial role
  • Oracle experience preferred
