QHSE Manager

Job Description:

• The Quality & HSE Supervisor ensures the consistent application of our quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• This pivotal role oversees the development and enforcement of robust quality management systems, HSE compliance, and ensures adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
• The Supervisor analyzes business processes, identifies efficiencies, and ensures the companys quality & HSE goals align with customer requirements and Thai laws.
• You will lead a team, providing direction in staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• The role also involves extensive collaboration across departments, report preparation, and ensuring equipment meets calibration standards.
• As part of your HSE duties, you will also conduct risk assessments, monitor adherence to HSE standards, and keep the company updated on legislative changes as per Thai Laws.

Qualification:

• Sattahip, Thailand
• Bachelor's degree in Related Field
• 7+ years in Oil & Gas, 4+ years in management or leadership
• Native English speaker or TOEIC 700+
