Connect Energy partners with a marine manufacturing company to look for a SERVICE OPERATIONS LEAD to join their team in Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Provide global service activities according to customer requests and project requirements
  • Scheduling plans so projects worldwide were structured
  • Coordinate the required manpower materials, tools and resources for the execution of service activities
  • Responsible for all the information documetation concerned the project (internal and external)
  • Handling of the adminstrative completion and billing of work
  • Monitor service email and holding emergency phone
  • Attend service job

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Good in planning and organizing
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Experience in drive technology, mechanics and control systems
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Experience in project planning tools
  • Able to travel overseas within short notice
  • Willing to work at Tuas vicinity
  • Hybrid working
