Job description:

• QA Engineer: ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet the required quality standards and customer expectations.
• Quality Control: Developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection processes to monitor the quality of products or services at different stages of production or delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements through quality assurance practices.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and determining the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing quality data, test results, and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Testing and Validation: Developing and conducting tests and validation procedures to verify that products or services meet the required specifications and performance standards.
• Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure that purchased materials or components meet the required quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with different departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Quality Training: Providing training to employees on quality standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent adherence to quality guidelines.
• Quality Auditing: Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization meets all applicable regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years QA. experience in Automotive
• Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications, Minitab.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Good English both written and spoken.
• Problem Solving and Systematic Thinking Skill.
