        Chief Financial Officer
Job Description:
A semi-conductor MNC is currently looking for a CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER to join their Singapore office to bring in strategic insight, leadership acumen and advanced financial expertise to guide the company through growth and transformation
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long term objectives.
 - Lead and manage all aspects of the IPO process, including financial modeling, compliance and investor relations. Collaborate with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure successful IPO execution. 
 - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
 - Optimize financial systems, controls and procedures to enhance performance and mitigate risks.
 - Partner with cross functional teams to drive profitability and operational improvements
 - Act as a key liaison for investors, board members, and external auditors
 - Present financial insights and performance metrics to the executive leadership team
 
Requirements
- Min. 15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in semi conductor industry
 - Demonstrated success in leading a company through IPO processes, including regulatory compliance and investor engagement
 - Master degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administrator or related field (MBA, CFA or CPA)
 - Proven ability to lead high performing teams and drive organizational change
 - Strong knowledge of financial management systems, regulatory frameworks, and capital market dynamics
 - Strategic thinking and financial acumen
 - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
 - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
