  • You will be at the forefront of cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Your role will involve effectively communicating our diverse range of service offerings, consistently achieving set sales targets, and channeling client feedback to enhance our services.
  • In addition to representing our brand at industry events and conferences, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee timely and efficient fulfillment of client needs.
  • Travel, including to offshore sites, may be required to ensure successful client engagements.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
  • A strong network of contacts and referrals in the target markets
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and offer solutions that address their specific challenges can set a sales representative apart.
  • Identifying and researching potential clients or customers through various means, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Preparing and presenting sales quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of sales, such as processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets, often using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company, contributing to the overall revenue goals.

Qualification:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the offshore crane service industry or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/negotiation skills are essential for effectively presenting products or services, building relationships with clients, and addressing customer inquiries
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude are important traits
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the region
  • A positive attitude and a team player mentality
