Sales Manager (Marine - outdoor)

 Job Description:

Connect Energy partners with a marine company to look for a Sales Manager that will represent them to promote their services. 

Responsibilities

  • Develops business plan and sales strategy for the Marine market 
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Identify potential new clients and develop good long term business relationship
  • Frequent visits / meeting / cold calling to existing and new potential clients to develop sales, improve service and better market understanding
  • Identify potential in-land / overseas suppliers' with new range of products suitable for the Marine customers and expand sales revenue
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Work closely with indoor sales team and inter division colleagues to achieve best efficient sales and service standards to all customers
  • Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Provides timely feedback during Sales meeting to senior management regarding market conditions and customers
  • Other duties required by the Senior Managers / Management Team

Requirements

  • Diploma and above qualification
  • Min. 2 years working experience in Marine / O&G industry in similar role
  • Owned transport required
  • Proficient in MS Office & SAPB1
  • Willing to work in Tuas
