Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves sales targets from the assigned customers and/or responsible business segments (e.g., commercial & Industrial segment, utilities segments).
  • Monitors and evaluates industry trends and customer drives, explores new markets/new business opportunities, and develops commercial strategies.
  • Identifies, develops and maintains relationships with the assigned customers and strategic partners in the responsible segments.
  • Works together with others in concerned functions to turn prospective leads into profitable customers.
  • Manages customer inquiries and proposal response process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree/higher in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or related fields.
  • Min. 5 - 10 years in Business Development or Sales & Marketing.
  • Understand and familiar with Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical or Refinery.
  • Computer literates including MS Office.
