 Job Description:

CONNECT ENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is an internationally accredited recruitment solutions and services consultancy. Now we're looking for Procurement Manager as detail below;

Working Location: Chonburi & Rayong
Working Day: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of strategy and planning including of purchasing and business strategy alignment with the supply chain management and company strategy and planning.
  • Implementation of outsourcing and risks management.
  • Developing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage procurement with innovation and quality management.
  • Handling performance measurement and governance in procurement.
  • Manage results-oriented manner in accordance with prevailing regulations, procedures and process.
  • Commercial focus on cost saving / reduction, competitive manner.
  • People Development for necessary training, coaching and delegation to his/her staff.
  • Keep own personnel regularly informed of the company's activities and seek such information
  • Give own personnel updated job descriptions when necessary which clearly define their areas of responsibility and check that their responsibilities are being discharged
  • Establish and keep own personnel informed of developments and goals
  • Ensure that responsibility for personnel is discharged in accordance with the company's management principles
  • Foreseen, inform the personnel under supervision complaint and conflict
  • Make relevant decisions willingly and keep own personnel informed of the progress of their work and what opportunities are available
  • Provide criticism, but also provide recognition when work has been executed in a good manner
  • Provide own personnel's work criticism or personnel circumstances in a relevant, positive form and must not be given in the presence of others
  • Reports to superior on work status and anticipate critical activities which might have an effect on project/job execution

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Procurement and Logistics fields in the business area of Oil & Gas Service Operation.
  • Professional in managerial / leadership / coaching / delegation / problem solving skill.
  • English must be mandatory in writing and orally with minimum TOEIC score 850
