Job Description:
- Ensure the efficient operation of All HSEQ systems and processes related to Project
- Coordinate and control of the BMS Documents and Procedures Process.
- Facilitate, execute and support Health, Safety, Environment and Quality annual plan and campaign.
- Deliver and support any audits, reporting, actions, presentations, training related to HSEQ systems and track and report to completion / closure.
- To be an active member of the Emergency Response Team / support the Client and Petrofac in the event of any Emergency.
- Administer and maintain offshore personnel competency management system to ensure compliance, verifications and validation.
- Following Professional safety officer duties as per Thailand regulation.
- Investigate work and recommend employer to comply with the law on safety.
- Analyze work to identify dangers and formulate preventive measures and safe work practices to propose to the employer.
- Assess risks of occupational safety, health, and environment.
- Analyze work plans or projects and recommendations of various units and recommend work safety measures to the employer.
- Audit performance of the workplace to ensure that it is in accordance with the work safety plans, projects, or measures.
- Advise employees to follow the safety manual of the workplace.
- Advise, coach, and train employees so that their operations are free from any cause of unsafe work.
- Measure and assess work environment or work with people or juristic persons registered or licensed under the law on occupational safety, health, and environment or other relevant laws.
- Recommend employer to have a workplace safety management that is suitable for the workplace and to develop it to be continuously effective.
- Investigate and analyze causes of injury, illness, or nuisance incidents arising from the employee's work, report investigation results, and suggest solutions to the employer to prevent recurrence without delay.
- Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations on injury, illness, or nuisance incidents arising from the employee's work to propose to the employer;
- Provide employees with knowledge and training on occupational and environmental diseases before and during work to refresh their knowledge at least once a year; and
- Perform other work safety tasks as assigned by the employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.sc) in Occupation Health, Safety & Environment or equivalent or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in related field. Offshore experience is an advantage.
- Certified Safety Officer in Professional level or IOGC NEBOSH is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English with computer proficiency.
- Experience in Managing or working in the offshore Oil and Gas Related Industry Projects.
- Extensive knowledge on Thailands regulations, Oil and gas related laws and code of practices.
- Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Training, HUET / BOSIET Certificate.
- Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
