Environmental Lead

 Job Description:

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

1. Minimum 10 years working experience in Environmental Lead and/or Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years extensive field experience in Environmental Lead and/or Engineer in the oil and gas sector (EPCI offshore experience preferable)

2. Must be an Indonesian citizen with excellent knowledge of AMDAL, applicable environmental regulations, international standards, industrial practices, and regulations.

3. Previous experience in conducting and leading internal environmental audits and developing and implementing Environmental Management Plans is an advantage.

4. Formal training in general environmental management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, NEBOSH Environmental Management, and National Competency Certification is an advantage.

5. Good in English, both oral and written

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Provide technical advice on environmental aspects applicable to all phases of operations.

2. Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) at the site in compliance with Company and Project Requirements, and applicable environmental regulations.

3. Develop specific environmental plans/procedures and monitor implementation.

4. Establishing an environmental monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of operations.

5. Ensure, together with the relevant technical functions, the implementation of Project strategies for GHGs/ Climate change, and energy management at the site.

6. Monitor Subcontractor's Site activities and their compliance with Project EMS.

7. Prepare reports and statistics on the site's environmental performance.
