ROLE

Crew Management

Handle crew mobilisation which involves coordination with crew and vessels agent, completion and arrangement of crew certification; courses, medical / vaccinations etc, the arrangement of crew air and land transport and accommodation and the preparation of service agreements.

Recruitment

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator will work as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment Team to provide recruitment solutions on a local and regional basis on behalf of Connect Energy Services.

Working with the Team manager to build an effective go-to-market plan the Senior/ Crewing Coordinator will develop their sector/specialism and contact network. Develop sales leads and strengthen client relationships, provide expert end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet divisional sales targets and growth objectives.

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator will proactively research their markets, enhance their knowledge of their discipline, talent pools, and hiring nuances to become a true Subject Matter Expert, advisory and recruitment professional.

The Senior/ Crewing Coordinator is fully accountable for the 360-recruitment process to include: development of their sales pipeline, forecasting and reports, through to business development, candidate sourcing/placement and client relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS

The Senior/ Operations Consultant will be expected to show a higher level of competence in billing and business development. To proactively research and analyse market changes and developments within their sectors, identify new emerging specialisms and business opportunities. To take on Pet projects as and when assigned to help build further capabilities and delivery potential to include new market development, account management or partake in mentoring of junior consultants.
