DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative & Team Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and its executives, managing reports, data, and document workflows.
  • Organize and maintain client records and internal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Attend internal meetings to prepare agendas, record minutes, and distribute follow-up documents to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Platform basic configuration as requested by team members.

Client & Content Management

  • Prepare, upload, and manage learning materials on our platform, assisting clients in creating engaging and effective learning environments.
  • Create and manage client-facing communication materials, including promotional artwork, presentations, system tutorials, and any activity announcements.

Project Coordination & Operational Improvement

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Business Administrator, Sales) to ensure the timely completion of client-related projects and initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: A proactive self-starter with strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask, manage a demanding workload, and quickly adjust priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mindset: An active team player with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related business tools such as Google Sheet, Google Calendar.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience providing administrative support, sales coordination, or client operations in a complex environment.
  • Direct experience in HRD (Human Resource Development), Information Technology, Software as a Service (SaaS), or a start-up environment will be a significant advantage.
