DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Strategy & Market Expansion
Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and implement key initiatives to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term competitive advantage.
Project-Based Business Growth: Lead high-impact projects focused on business expansion, new revenue streams, and operational improvements.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer insights, and competitor positioning to shape strategic direction.
Revenue Growth & Monetization Planning: Define pricing models, revenue structures, and commercial strategies to maximize business potential.
Strategic Planning & Decision Support: Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on business growth opportunities and investment priorities.
2. Project Management & Execution
End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead and execute strategic projects, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key coordinator between departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on business objectives.
Risk Assessment & Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in business operations and implement improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
3. External Partnerships & Brand Collaboration
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish collaborations with external organizations to drive business growth and innovation.
Co-Branding & Business Alliances: Explore opportunities for joint ventures, brand collaborations, and ecosystem partnerships to enhance market reach.
Business Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to foster business relationships.
Contract & Agreement Management: Work with legal and finance teams to structure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
KPI & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize insights from market research, sales performance, and customer data to refine business strategies.
Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance execution speed and business agility.
Scalability & Future Growth Planning: Identify long-term strategic opportunities and scalable business models for sustainable growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in business strategy, project management, or partnership development.
Experience in leading strategic initiatives, managing external partnerships, and driving business growth
