DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization Development

  • Collaborate with C-Level executives to design and refine the organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, including staffing, office space, and resource allocation (facilities, IT, benefits, etc.).
  • Develop and manage the People Department budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for employee-related concerns, providing HR guidance and support to all levels.
  • Promote and drive company culture, making Conicle an attractive workplace for talent.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring effective hiring strategies and processes.
  • Strengthen employer branding, partnering with external stakeholders to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Specialists to implement a structured and engaging onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance on offer negotiations and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and refine performance evaluation frameworks, collaborating with C-Level executives to ensure effectiveness.
  • Partner with managers to ensure timely performance reviews and continuous employee development.
  • Work with internal teams to design engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and motivated workforce.
  • Oversee benefits and rewards programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

People Operations & Compliance

  • Implement and manage HR systems and policies, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including salary payments, bonuses, tax filings, and social security contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
  • Manage employee records, certifications, and official documentation with external institutions (banks, embassies, government agencies).
  • Address employee concerns related to time tracking, leave policies, workplace relations, and HR practices.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead the People Management & Development team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Act as a role model for Conicles culture, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Continuously improve people processes through research, benchmarking, and HR best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of HRM, HRD, talent management, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills (Thai & English).
  • Service-minded, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, People Development, or similar roles.
