About the job Telesales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find new sales opportunities by cold calling to present Conicle’s product and service

  • Identify the potential clients to Sales Consultant Team and arrange first meeting, follow the case until the deals are closed

  • Collect clients’ requirements, analyze and present their information to Sales Consultant Team for further working steps

  • Build client relationships and always inform them about Marketing event, Promotion or answer the inquiries by phone or email

  • Input and update client’s information to the database

  • Create and update weekly, monthly and quarterly working reports

  • Able to brainstorm and love to share the opinion to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work

  • The other tasks as assigned


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing, Telemarketing and Sales

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and able to work under pressure

  • Knowledge of using MS Office and Google Products

  • Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree in any fields

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Direct sales, Telesales, Inbound Marketing or the related positions

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the cold calling
