About the job Telesales
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Find new sales opportunities by cold calling to present Conicle’s product and service
Identify the potential clients to Sales Consultant Team and arrange first meeting, follow the case until the deals are closed
Collect clients’ requirements, analyze and present their information to Sales Consultant Team for further working steps
Build client relationships and always inform them about Marketing event, Promotion or answer the inquiries by phone or email
Input and update client’s information to the database
Create and update weekly, monthly and quarterly working reports
Able to brainstorm and love to share the opinion to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work
The other tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Direct Marketing, Telemarketing and Sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of using MS Office and Google Products
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in any fields
At least 3 years of working experience in Direct sales, Telesales, Inbound Marketing or the related positions
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the cold calling
