DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Intelligence & CRM Optimization

  • CRM & Data Integration: Configure, customize, and integrate CRM systems with other business tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Data-Driven Growth Strategies: Leverage customer data and market insights to identify sales opportunities, customer segments, and strategic expansion possibilities.
  • Customer Insights & Market Trends: Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and competitive landscape to drive business development initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in sales and business processes, implement automation, and enhance workflows to improve overall performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce dashboards) to generate reports and dashboards that support strategic planning and execution.

2. Business Development & Product Improvement

  • Product Enhancement Strategy: Use customer feedback, market trends, and sales data to identify opportunities for improving product offerings and user experience.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to refine products and services based on real-world data and customer needs.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure that products and business strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Revenue & Monetization Optimization: Identify new ways to package and position products to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Product) to align business intelligence with growth initiatives.

3. Strategic Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Sales & Marketing Revenue Optimization: Develop data-driven sales strategies, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Define and track key business and product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements in business models, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Experience in business development, product improvement, and strategic planning with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze business performance, customer behavior, and product usage data to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and drive business impact.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with both strategy and execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience at least 3 years in a Business Intelligence or related role
