DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, job posting, application review, shortlisting, interviewing, job offer, salary negotiation, and employment contract preparation.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires, including probation monitoring and confirmation.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve retention.
Organizational Development & Transformation
- Act as an advisor for employee-related matters across all levels.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth employee adaptation.
- Champion company culture, fostering an attractive and engaging workplace.
Performance Management
- Support the design and implementation of performance evaluation frameworks.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and ensure timely feedback.
Employee Engagement
- Design and implement engagement programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and retention.
- Oversee benefits and rewards programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
People Operations & HR Support
- Implement and manage HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency.
- Manage organizational chart updates, promotion processes, and related HR documentation.
- Handle payroll administration (salaries, bonuses, tax filings, and social security).
- Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and and end-to-end payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or related role.
- Previous exposure to change management and organizational development is a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced or technology-driven industries is an advantage.
