Epic Resolute Billing Analyst (HB/PB) | Jamaica, NY | Onsite

Our client is seeking an Epic Billing Analyst to support and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and/or Hospital Billing (HB) modules to ensure accurate charge capture, claims processing, and revenue cycle performance. This role partners with billing, finance, IT, and clinical teams to maintain system integrity and improve operational workflows.

Location: Jamaica, NY

Responsibilities:

• Participate in on‑call rotation for 24/7 production support.
• Create and run reports to support billing operations and data analysis.
• Support training teams with updates, new features, and workflow changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, build specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Participate in system upgrades, new feature implementations, and testing cycles.
• Configure and maintain Epic Resolute HB or PB modules, including charge router, work queues, claims processing, and payment posting workflows.
• Analyze billing and revenue cycle workflows; recommend and implement system improvements.
• Serve as primary support contact for end‑users; troubleshoot issues and provide technical assistance.
• Collaborate with billing, finance, and IT teams to align system functionality with operational needs.

Qualifications/Must Haves:

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Epic Resolute HB or PB (build, support, or optimization)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, ICD‑10, CPT, and HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting healthcare information systems in a hospital billing or revenue cycle environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting medium‑to‑large healthcare systems.
• Epic Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB)
• Experience with charge router configuration, claims processing, and WQ optimization.
