Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS/ARRT) – Day Shift | $20K Bonus

Our client is seeking experienced Cath Lab Technologists to join a high‑performing cardiovascular team within an acute‑care hospital environment. In this role, you will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, assist physicians during cases, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient patient care.

This position is ideal for an RCIS, ARRT‑CV, or experienced Surgical/Paramedic Tech with Cath Lab experience who thrives in a fast‑paced procedural environment.

Work Schedule:

• 4×10s Day Shift
• Call: 1 night per week + every 5th weekend
• Acute‑care hospital Cath Lab environment

Responsibilities:

• Support patient transfers, recovery, and post‑procedure care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in call rotation and meet required response times.
• Operate imaging, monitoring, and hemodynamic equipment.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure radiation safety standards.
• Administer medications and contrast media within scope of practice.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status throughout procedures.
• Scrub, circulate, and/or monitor hemodynamics depending on credentials.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms according to protocol.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• BLS certification.
• Current ARRT or RCIS certification.
• ACLS (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent Cath Lab experience.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑acuity procedural environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Interventional Radiology.
• Proficiency with: Scrubbing Cardiac Procedures, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and Radiation Safety and Sterile Technique.
