Our client is seeking skilled Mammography Technologists (ARRT‑M) to join their growing breast imaging team. This full‑time, day‑shift role performs high‑quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams, supports accreditation and quality initiatives, and delivers exceptional patient care in a newly renovated, patient‑focused environment.

Work Schedule: 4×10s, 7:00AM–5:30PM | Monday–Friday + 1 Saturday/month

Responsibilities:

Clinical Imaging

  • Enter and maintain accurate patient data in imaging systems.
  • Select appropriate imaging techniques and verify technical accuracy.
  • Prepare, position, and educate patients to ensure comfort and optimal image quality.
  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams following all radiation safety standards.

Quality & Accreditation

  • Assist with ACR accreditation processes as needed.
  • Report equipment issues, incidents, or patient concerns promptly.
  • Perform daily quality assurance on mammography equipment.

Teamwork & Patient Care

  • Participate in department call rotation.
  • Support a safe, efficient, patient‑centered environment.
  • Serve as a resource or preceptor to less experienced staff.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • ARRT‑M (Mammography)
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ARRT‑R (Radiologic Technologist)
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Graduate of an accredited Mammography Technology program.
  • Texas Medical Board MRT license (current or temporary)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior mammography experience (screening or diagnostic)
  • Experience in a breast imaging or women's health environment.

Work Environment:

  • OT available but not required.
  • Newly renovated breast center.
  • Fast‑paced, collaborative imaging team.
  • Must be able to lift/maneuver patients with assistance.
