Our client is seeking dependable Receiving/Material Handlers to support daily warehouse and production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, verifying paperwork, scanning inventory, operating forklifts, and delivering parts to production areas. It's a great fit for someone who is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
  • Scan, label, and enter inventory into the system.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
  • Move materials to designated locations within the facility.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas (6S/housekeeping)
  • Support material handlers and water spiders during peak workflow.
  • Deliver parts to production areas and between buildings as needed.
  • Perform cycle counts, rack audits, and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • File receiving paperwork and assist with returns or inventory adjustments.
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of paperwork and shipments.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Forklift experience (stand‑up or sit‑down)
  • Basic computer and scanning equipment skills.
  • Stable work history (please provide reason for job changes)
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE (hearing/eye protection, steel‑toe shoes)

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software (SAP experience a plus)

Work Environment:

  • Onsite manufacturing facility.
