Our client is seeking dependable Receiving/Material Handlers to support daily warehouse and production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, verifying paperwork, scanning inventory, operating forklifts, and delivering parts to production areas. It's a great fit for someone who is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Scan, label, and enter inventory into the system.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Move materials to designated locations within the facility.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas (6S/housekeeping)
- Support material handlers and water spiders during peak workflow.
- Deliver parts to production areas and between buildings as needed.
- Perform cycle counts, rack audits, and assist with inventory accuracy.
- File receiving paperwork and assist with returns or inventory adjustments.
- Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of paperwork and shipments.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience (stand‑up or sit‑down)
- Basic computer and scanning equipment skills.
- Stable work history (please provide reason for job changes)
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE (hearing/eye protection, steel‑toe shoes)
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software (SAP experience a plus)
Work Environment:
- Onsite manufacturing facility.
- Safety‑focused environment with required PPE.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and forklift operation.
