Our client is seeking an Electronics Test Operator to perform hands-on testing of electronic components and devices to verify performance, functionality, and compliance with specifications. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, experience using electronic test equipment, and the ability to follow technical procedures accurately.

Contract Duration: 5 months | W2
Work Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Location: Candidates must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance (up to 45 minutes) | Local Roseville-area candidates are strongly preferred
Requirements:
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions.
- Record accurate test data, logs, and reports for quality control.
- Set up and operate electronic test equipment and testing fixtures.
- Troubleshoot test failures, isolate defects, and identify potential root causes.
- Follow established test procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with Test Technicians and Quality teams to communicate results and findings.
- Execute functional and performance tests on electronic components and assemblies.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Troubleshooting ability to isolate defects during testing.
- Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics.
- Experience executing electronic product tests and documenting results.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, database entry, test software)
- Experience operating electronic test equipment (e.g., meters, scopes, fixtures, automated testers)
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and test instructions.
- All education levels considered; technical school training or equivalent hands‑on experience is fully acceptable.
Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
- Onsite manufacturing environment with moderate noise.
- Requires fine motor coordination and ability to distinguish colors.
