Our client is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This role requires hands‑on experience with membrane and built‑up systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor environments.

Location: Local candidates only (within ~2‑hour commute)
Requirements:
Commercial Roofing Installation & Repair
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built‑Up Roofing (BUR), and commercial metal systems.
- Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation.
- Cut, shape, and secure roofing materials according to project specifications.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.
Tools, Equipment & Job Execution
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with project updates and collaborate with crew leads to meet deadlines.
Teamwork & Communication
- Support a positive, safety‑driven, and team‑oriented work environment.
- Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Ability to stand, climb, lift, and work at heights.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform all essential duties safely and effectively.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
- 4+ years of commercial roofing experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred Skills:
- OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification.
- Experience mentoring junior roofers.
- Apprenticeship training or industry certifications (NRCA, OSHA‑10/30)
