About the job Construction Project Administrator
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Project Administrator to support construction and facilities‑related projects across a large, fast‑paced environment. This role provides direct support to the Project Manager and project team, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution of project activities.

Requirements:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, logs, and records.
- Assist with scheduling, bid/proposal coordination, and project reporting.
- Distribute, track, and maintain technical and administrative project documents.
- Support project closeout activities, including documentation control and turnover packages.
- Assist with project planning, risk tracking, and general administrative support for the project team.
- Track action items, follow up with vendors and stakeholders, and support project communication.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and monitor progress on assigned tasks.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Hands‑on experience with Procore.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 2+ years of experience in construction management, estimating, or construction administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting construction or facilities projects in industrial, energy, or commercial environments.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling concepts, and project workflows.
