Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pelham, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists

• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and ship outgoing orders, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner

• Keep warehouse clean and organized, following all safety protocols

• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

• Communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment

• Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Basic math and computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
