Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team at a healthcare facility in Glens Falls, NY. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. This is a temporary to permanent position, with the opportunity for a permanent placement based on performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

- Current and valid RN license in the state of New York

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
