Confident Staff Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Travel Nurses to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to explore new places, meet new people, and gain valuable experience in a variety of healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures

- Assess and monitor patient's condition and document any changes in their health status

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and treatment options

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Active nursing license in the state of Georgia

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

- BLS/CPR certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work with diverse patient populations

- Willingness to travel and work in different locations for extended periods of time

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
