Certified Surgical Technician

Confident Staff Solutions is currently seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our client on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available

- Prepare patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites, positioning them on the operating table, and covering them with sterile drapes

- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures

- Monitor and maintain a sterile environment during surgery, including handling and disposing of contaminated items

- Assist with wound closure and apply dressings as directed by the surgeon

- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments for use in future procedures

- Collaborate with other members of the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care

- Document all procedures and patient information accurately and in a timely manner

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification required

- Basic Life Support (BLS

- Minimum of 2-year experience as a Surgical Technician

- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Shift:

- Shift Timings: 06:45-17:15 Hours Monday to Friday (4 Days/10 Hours)

Hours:

-  Per Week: 40 Hours
