Confident Staff Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our client on a temporary basis in Knightdale, North Carolina. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse and loading and unloading trucks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse

- Load and unload trucks

- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid forklift operator certification

- Minimum of 3 months experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends if needed

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
