Would you like to work for a dynamic and fast-growing insurance technology company?

We have a really exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate Office Manager with experience in supporting at Executive level to join our client, an innovative insurtech that is utilising cutting-edge technology, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their office in London whilst supporting the company's co-founders in their day-to-day activities.

What you'll be doing:

Executive Support: Assisting the CEO/Co-Founder and Chief Underwriter/Co-Founder with meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar management and ad-hoc projects.

Office Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies and working with an external facilities company, ensuring maintenance of the office equipment as well as a clean and organized workspace.

Event Coordination: Coordinating internal company events when needed, ensuring they run smoothly and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Human Resources Support: Assisting in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records on the HRIS system.

Ad hoc Project Support: Supporting various projects by collaborating with team members and external bodies, , and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager role
  • Experience in providing support at Executive level
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software (MS /Slack)
  • HR Administration experience, including experience in using Charlie HR (HRIS) would be helpful
  • Experience of working with US stakeholders (as well as UK) would be beneficial
