Do you have proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams?

We have a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to join our client, a leading global law firm with a fantastic benefits package on offer!

Your contractual location will be Sheffield and our client offers hybrid working (the expectation would be to work from the office 2 days a week).



What youll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a team which includes HR Specialists, L&D, Reward and the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Review HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor SLAs
  • Continuously review and implement self-service processes
  • Review, identify and implement HR technology solutions and oversee data integrity and accuracy
  • Review and submission of the monthly UK payroll

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and technology, including HRIS platforms ideally Workday
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and process improvements.
  • Experience working with European jurisdictions and/or German and French speaking skills an advantage
