Your Schedule (Yes, It's Actually This Good)

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday OFF + NO WEEKENDS

What You'll Be Doing

• Practice a blend of traditional + integrative medicine
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients who value your recommendations
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of small animal cases
• Perform routine surgeries and dentistry (no pressure for emergency surgery)
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-first environment

Compensation & Growth

• $80,000–$100,000 base salary + ProSal production

What We're Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) eligible for Indiana licensure
• Interest in integrative medicine (experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and motivated to grow
