The Role: Emergency Veterinarian
Join a collaborative, high-performing team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency cases

• Perform emergency surgeries as needed

• Utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab resources

• Communicate clearly with pet families and referring veterinarians

• Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff

• Maintain thorough and timely medical records

• Stay current with continuing education and best practices

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent with active FL or TX license

• 1+ year ER experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills

• Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure

• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $200K+

• Production Bonus: 21 - 23% (paid monthly)

Schedule:
