Registered Veterinary Technician – Feline-Only Clinic

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT) who is confident with cats and values clear communication with both clients and teammates in a feline-focused veterinary clinic.

Veterinary Technician Responsibilities

• Venipuncture (jugular & medial saphenous)

• IV catheter placement & fluid therapy

• Administer IV, IM, and SQ medications

• Anesthesia monitoring (induction recovery)

• Surgical and dental support (including dental radiographs)

• Technician appointments

• Patient nursing care for hospitalized cats

• In-house diagnostics (urinalysis, Idexx Vet Lab Station, radiographs)

• Client education and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT, LVT, or CVT)

• New graduates welcome

• Experience in veterinary clinic preferred

• Confident, low-stress handling of feline patients

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Dependable, team-oriented

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12 PM

• Sunday: Closed
  Full-time or part-time available

• $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
