We are seeking a Professional Accountant in Taiwan, poised to commence with accounts payable responsibilities and contribute to our organizations:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software and other tools to manage accounts payable efficiently
• Handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors
• Analyze workflow processes to enhance efficiency
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing vendors
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, adhering to departmental procedures
• Process due invoices for payments and verify against purchase orders, prices, and terms of payment
• Execute transactions and perform accounting duties, including account maintenance, entry recording, and reconciliation
• Conduct 3-Way Matching of PO/Inventory Receipt/Bills
• Support assigned GL Account Reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closures

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant coursework preferred
• Familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous
• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
• Proficiency in AP automation platforms/products (e.g., Concur, Bills.com) is highly valued
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and other tools, are essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a dedication to process improvement
• Commitment to continuous learning and development, both professionally and personally
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
