Overview of this role:

  • Responsible for supporting international business operations across Europe, covering pre-sales, quotation, order management, and post-sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Works closely with account teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate order processing, compliance, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate quotations in line with customer requirements and agreed margins
  • Process and validate sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, pricing, and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, material master) for smooth order fulfilment
  • Manage order-related issues (e.g., pricing, credit, export controls) and resolve blockers promptly
  • Handle post-sales activities including returns, credits, re-bills, and customer queries
  • Support stock management and standard customer reporting
  • Drive customer experience through collaboration, process improvements, and compliance with export regulations

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience working in an IT reseller environment (mandatory)
  • Native Japanese language proficiency (mandatory) with strong communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in generating quotations and managing sales/order processes
  • Experience in sales operations or customer service, ideally with international exposure
  • Familiarity with SAP (SD), Salesforce/CRM tools, and MS Office; able to manage workload independently and in a team
