Job Description

• Lead end-to-end import & export logistics operations (inbound, outbound, distribution) across regional markets, ensuring strong control over compliance, performance, and execution standards
• Provide internal consultancy and guidance to internal teams on cross-border logistics and sourcing flows, ensuring alignment with defined processes and operational standards
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures, policies, and governance frameworks across logistics and trade operations to drive consistency and control across markets
• Translate and enforce group trade compliance standards into local operational processes, ensuring audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and consistent execution across 3PL and cross-border flows
• Experience working with ERP and logistics systems, with the ability to leverage existing systems to drive operational control, and align with 3PL partners on system integration and data flows (e.g. API-enabled processes)
• Manage and hold logistics vendors and partners accountable against defined SLAs, cost expectations, and service performance
• Drive process standardization and operational discipline, including reporting, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives, improving efficiency, reporting, and standardization
• Act as the key interface across commercial, operations, and finance teams, ensuring alignment, control, and execution across complex logistics flows
• Ensure ongoing audit, risk monitoring, and compliance oversight across regional operations
• Regional travel may be required occasionally.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in end-to-end import & export operations, including customs processes and trade compliance execution
• Background in IT distribution, tech sourcing, or logistics environment with exposure to regional (APAC) cross-border flows, particularly for technology products
• Demonstrated ability to establish and implement standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and documentation controls across operations
• Experience working with industry-standard ERP and logistics systems (e.g. Manhattan, SAP, Oracle), with strong understanding of how systems support operational control, inventory, and order-to-delivery processes
• Strong experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors, with ability to drive performance and accountability
• Hands-on, roll-up sleeves mindset, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels to drive outcomes .
